About Trumoria

Trumoria is an independent, evidence-based supplement information site. We take the research on magnesium, creatine, ashwagandha, omega-3, vitamin D, collagen and gut health, and explain it in plain language: what the evidence supports, what it does not, safe dosage ranges, and when to be careful. We do not sell supplements and we do not give medical advice.

What We Cover

Our content is organised into seven topical areas, each written as a connected library so every article links to related questions. Start with the topic hubs, or dive straight into a specific question:

  • Magnesium supplements: forms compared, sleep, cramps, digestion, dosage and safety
  • Creatine: dosing, timing, women’s health, and the difference between evidence and marketing
  • Ashwagandha: dosing, stress and sleep research, thyroid and medication interactions
  • Omega-3 and fish oil: EPA vs DHA, sources compared, heart and mood evidence
  • Vitamin D: dosage, deficiency, blood tests and safe limits
  • Collagen: types, dosage, and what the skin and joint research really shows
  • Probiotics and gut health: strains, CFU numbers, IBS, bloating and the gut-brain axis

We also publish combination-safety guides (can you take X with Y?) and healthy aging overviews, because those are the questions readers most often get wrong answers to.

Who Writes Trumoria

Trumoria is written by the Trumoria Editorial Team: science writers and researchers who know how to read a clinical study, check a claim and translate it for a general reader. We are transparent about what we are and are not. Our team does not hold medical qualifications, and we are not licensed practitioners, doctors or dietitians. That is exactly why every article heavy-lifts the original research rather than personal opinion, and why we never give personalised medical advice.

If you have a health condition, take regular medication, or are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning a family, please discuss any supplement decision with your doctor or pharmacist. Our medical disclaimer explains this in full.

How We Ensure Accuracy

Every supplement benefit, dose and warning we publish is supported by a citation to the underlying research, graded by the strength of the evidence, and checked against reputable clinical sources before publication. Our editorial policy explains exactly how we choose references, how we grade evidence, how often we review articles, and how we correct mistakes when we make them. You can assess the standard yourself: read creatine and birth control or magnesium and constipation and check the cited sources against this policy.

Independence and Funding

Trumoria currently runs without advertising and without affiliate income. We make no money from any supplement brand, and no product manufacturer has any influence over what we publish. If we ever add advertising or affiliate links, we will say so clearly on every affected page, keep all commercial content visibly separate from editorial content, and update this page. Commission never influences a verdict here.

Corrections

We take accuracy seriously and we fix errors properly. If you spot a mistake, an outdated number or a broken citation, please tell us via the contact page. Our correction process is published in the editorial policy, and we respond to every report.
